Maintenance contracts provide cover for the repair or replacement of any specified equipment which fails due to normal wear and tear. Failure due to other factors (e.g. maltreatment) will not be covered. Any work undertaken outside of that covered by the contract will be deemed as chargeable.
Replacement Hardware Should a hardware fault (excluding Handsets) be evident, then these will be swapped out and a replacement provided within the respective Service level time.
